Submit print-ready artwork at 300 dpi in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), print-ready PDF or another compatible printing format. You approve a digital proof before printing. Production typically takes 5–7 days after proof approval, with delivery transit additional. All cards have rounded corners.

What exactly are the cards made from?
Our business cards are printed on 0.76 mm plastic material and finished with matte lamination.
What size are the cards?
The finished card size is 85.5 × 54 mm. This is the standard size offered online.
What artwork size should I supply?
Add 3 mm bleed on every edge. For an 85.5 × 54 mm finished card, the artwork file should be 91.5 × 60 mm. Keep important text and logos at least 3 mm inside the finished trim line.
How are the cards printed?
The cards use full-colour printing with matte lamination.
Are the cards waterproof?
Yes. The plastic material is designed to handle normal contact with water, spills, rain and wet hands far better than a standard paper business card.
Are they hard to crease?
The 0.76 mm plastic construction is substantially more resistant to creasing and dog-eared corners than conventional paper cards.
What artwork files can I upload?
We accept PDF, AI, PNG and JPG artwork. A print-ready PDF is preferred. For best results, supply raster artwork at 300 DPI and use CMYK colour where possible.
Do you check my artwork before printing?
Yes. We perform a basic pre-production check and send a digital proof for approval before printing. You remain responsible for checking spelling, contact details, URLs, QR codes and other supplied content before approving your proof.
Can you help with the design?
Yes. You can upload print-ready artwork or request design help with your order.
How much do the cards cost?

Do you ship internationally?

Can I reorder the same design?
Yes. If you want the same artwork again, contact us or use your previous order details so we can match the approved design.
How long will my order take?
Production begins after your final digital proof has been approved. Printing production typically takes 5–7 days after your artwork proof is approved; delivery transit takes additional time.
What happens if my cards arrive damaged or printed incorrectly?
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.
Can I return custom cards because I changed my mind?
Because custom cards are produced specifically using your approved design, change-of-mind returns are not normally available once production has started. This does not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Do you offer other sizes or finishes?
Our current matte-laminated 0.76 mm card remains available, with gloss, frosted and clear/transparent finishes being prepared for launch. Metallic Foil and Spot UV are coming soon.
